Step Forward Tuition is seeking a dedicated

Part-Time GCSE SEND Tutor

to join our growing tuition centre in Whitefield. You will support Year 10 and 11 students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in English, Maths, and Science. These positions are available to start

as soon as possible

.

Hours & Setting

One?to?one and small?group sessions

(up to 8 students) from

3:30?pm to 8:30?pm

, Monday-Thursday. Flexible scheduling options to accommodate your availability.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Deliver

individualised lessons

tailored to each pupil's SEND needs, following specific lesson plans. Maintain

detailed records

of lesson content and student progress. Provide

constructive feedback

to parents regarding their child's development. Participate in team meetings and contribute to our collaborative teaching environment.

Candidate Requirements

Degree-level education

and

GCSE qualifications

in English, Maths, and Science (grades A-C or equivalent).

Clear and fluent verbal communication

skills. Professional appearance and a

tidy teaching environment

.

Punctuality and reliability

. Ability to effectively teach GCSE content to students with SEND.

Desirable

Previous

teaching or tutoring experience

, particularly with SEND students. Experience working with children or young learners.
