Job Title: GDASS Safe Accommodation Administrator




Job Location: Gloucester



Salary: 24,864pa




Contract type: Fixed Term until 30/06/2025




Working hours: 37 hrs




About the role




As the Safe Accommodation Administrator, you will take a leading role in managing financial and administrative tasks for the Safe Accommodation project, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all relevant policies. You will work closely with the Business Lead Administrator to support internal reporting, fund coordination, and data management.


Key Responsibilities




Financial & Administrative Duties




Undertake day-to-day financial transactions (sales and purchase ledger cycles). Process invoices, sales invoices, credit notes, and payments promptly. Lead the coordination and processing of flex fund spending and support welfare fund authorisations. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting and audits.

Service & Operational Support




Maintain accurate data records and reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Support office operations including stock control, facilities coordination, and health & safety. Ensure data is stored and managed in line with relevant laws, policies, and regulations. Provide administrative support to the wider GDASS team as needed.

Team Coordination




Support training on administrative and data procedures for staff. Promote and monitor adherence to organisational policies, including confidentiality, safeguarding, and housing management best practices. Advise and assist staff with financial and data protection compliance.

About you



Proven experience in financial and administrative roles (experience in a support service setting is a bonus). Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting cycles, and budget monitoring. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information. Confident communicator with the ability to support and guide staff. Comfortable working with sensitive personal data and complying with GDPR and data protection policies.
