Specifically as a Geely Sales Executive you can expect that...

No two days will be the same. You will be the handshake for Geely and Mon Motors in Bristol - from first enquiry to vehicle handover. You will make each customer interaction feel like a big moment, not a transaction. You will listen, ask great questions, and match customers to the right car and finance package. You will apply a structured sales process that puts the customer first and still hits your targets. You will keep detailed notes in our systems and complete paperwork with auditor-level accuracy. You will follow up on leads and enquiries - and follow up again, just for good measure. You will help us spot what we have missed and shape how Geely grows with Mon Motors in the UK.

To be successful, you will:

Be motivated, energetic and thrive in a customer-facing role. Be a great listener with a genuine interest in understanding customer needs. Be approachable, engaging and confident in building rapport both in person and over the phone. Be ambitious and driven to meet - and exceed - sales targets. Must be experience in sales within the motor trade. Be passionate about representing an innovative automotive brand and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
