We're looking for a
reliable, organised, and proactive General Administrator
to support our office and operational teams. Ideally, you'll have worked in a
facilities management, construction, maintenance, or trade-based environment
and understand the pace and priorities that come with it.
The Role
You'll be a key part of the admin function, helping keep day-to-day office and operational processes running smoothly.
Typical responsibilities include:
General office administration and document management
Handling emails, calls, and internal communication
Supporting operational and commercial teams with admin tasks
Updating systems, trackers, and job-related information
Assisting with reporting, filing, and compliance paperwork
Coordinating information between office staff, engineers, and subcontractors
What We're Looking For
Previous admin experience (FM, construction, maintenance, or similar sector preferred)
Strong
Microsoft Office / Office 365 skills
(Outlook, Excel, Word essential)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident in managing multiple tasks and priorities
Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a busy office environment
