BIMlogix MEP

are looking to take on an junior administration assistant/document controller to join our team, in our busy Medway Office.

The ideal candidate would be a keen, motivated and enthusiastic individual who Is well organised and methodical in their approach. Preferably local to Rochester, with a driving license.

General duties include:

Office duties - compiling project information into individual project folders. Keeping office supplies up to date.

Timesheet management - creation of timecards & submission of timesheets.

Use of a variety of software's to gather information for the relevant team.

Creation of drawing trackers to allow for traceability, when issuing spools/drawings.

Set up of folder structures for each project in office 365.

Communicate with project managers & clients.

BIMlogix MEP are a small Revit Bureau that specialises in fabrication & modularisation of building services. We specialise in the MEP industry, undertaking full coordination of services, and all works is produced using the latest 3D software.

The role can be adapted to the right candidates, working days and hours. However, a minimum 27 hours (3 days) per week is required.

Qualifications - GCSE's in Maths & English are essential. Further qualifications in design and engineering are desirable, however would not preclude the right candidate. Previous experience using office 365 & basic IT skills is ideal, but training will be provided.

Full training will be provided by our in-house team. We also have a document control manager to help ease the process of learning.

This is a contract role, either ltd or sole trader,

full support and advise will be given.
