full-time Payroll Administrator

to join our growing team!

This role is

office-based

and combines essential

administration duties

with

client payroll processing

, so if you're highly organised, great with people, and know your way around the payroll cycle - we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role:

As Payroll Administrator, you'll be the first port of call for everything payroll-related for a portfolio of our valued clients. From weekly and monthly submissions to pension uploads and holiday pay calculations - you'll be making sure it all runs like clockwork.

You'll also lend a hand with wider admin tasks across the practice, supporting our friendly team to keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Running end-to-end payrolls for multiple clients (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) Managing starters, leavers, and auto-enrolment pension submissions Keeping up with HMRC deadlines and RTI submissions Responding to client payroll queries with clarity and care Supporting the team with general admin and filing duties
What We're Looking For:

Previous payroll experience is essential

- ideally in a practice or multi-client environment Strong knowledge of PAYE, SMP, SSP, and pension regulations Good IT skills (familiarity with payroll software such as BrightPay or similar is a bonus) Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines A proactive, friendly approach and willingness to be a team player
