IT Support Engineer

Competitive salary up to 36,000 depending on experience. This is a full-time office-based role in Waltham Cross.

Job Opportunity

Join us during this exciting transition period and support the IT Manager in the smooth running of the company Information Technology (IT) systems, including the integrity, legality, usability, reliability and security.

You will:

Project manage new implementations and initiatives. Provide hands-on, effective and professional IT support service, from 1st to 2nd line. Setup and maintain new and existing users. Hold staff training sessions and workshops Ensure IT support is available when the store is operating. Stay up to date with the latest technologies, research technology solutions and make recommendations on improvements to the workplace. Accurate management and control of company IT and telecommunication assets via the assets register.

You should have a full driving licence, have access to a car and willbe required to adopt a flexible attitude to work and hours and be prepared to undertake other duties that may reasonably be requested to meet business needs and objectives.

Technically Competent:

At least 3 years IT support experience which includes:

Microsoft 365 Support Incident Management Network Support LAN/WAN VPN, WiFi Configure and Deploy Windows and MAC hardware System Administration including AD Printer Management Software & Hardware support Strong documentation skills

Do you have at least 3 years of hands-on IT support experience, including Microsoft 365, Windows/Mac setup, and Active Directory administration? Are you comfortable providing both 1st and 2nd line support in an office-based, customer-facing environment? Are you available to work full-time on-site in Waltham Cross and provide IT support remotely every other weekend if required?
