General Assembler

To undertake a range of assembly activities ensuring the assembly of product in a timely, efficient, cost-effective and accurate manner.
Prepare materials and components for assembly.
Assemble products following detailed build instructions.
Perform wire preparation tasks including cutting, stripping, and crimping.
Carry out in-process and final quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
Record assembly steps and test outcomes accurately.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
Assist in resolving product-related issues and customer feedback.
Identify and report material or process defects.
Work collaboratively with team members to enhance workflow and product quality.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.
Experience
Experience in electronic/mechanical assembly environment
Use of documentation. Familiarity with electronic/mechanical parts, schematics, and assembly techniques.
Skills
Mechanical Assembly. Proficiency in using hand tools. Using functional test equipment In-line Inspection. Colour recognition. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
