About the roll

We're looking for a

General Assistant

who's ready to learn and is keen to progress in a small, growing company.

This full-time roll (Mon-Friday with occaisional Saturdays) covers a variety of tasks across dispatch, customer service, showroom presentation, and events support.

Pack and lift orders in the

Dispatch Departments

Answer the telephone

and handle customer enquiries with warmth and professionalism.

Cut and prepare

fabric samples Support our

socail media

effots with contnet and ideas Occaisionally assist at

trade fairs

and events (at weekends) Manage stationary and

office supplies

Keep the

showroom and The Bothy community

room next to our office tidy and welcoming Assist during design consultations when required

Who You Are

A reliable and enthusiastic

team player

, happy to start in a hands on roll and grow Someone with a

Computer-literate,

comfortable using basic software and systems A person who recognises the importance of

social media

; content creation skills are a bonus Passionate about

interiors, fabrics, and craftsmanship
