Job Summary


We are seeking a proactive and versatile General Assistant to support our team in delivering excellent service and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations across different departments. Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish, is highly desirable to facilitate effective communication with diverse clients and colleagues. Responsibilities



Greet customers and visitors courteously, maintaining professional phone etiquette at all times Assist with merchandising activities to ensure displays are attractive and well-stocked Provide support in organising stock and maintaining inventory records accurately Engage in upselling products or services where appropriate to maximise sales opportunities Support team members with general administrative duties, including data entry and filing Manage time effectively to prioritise tasks and meet operational deadlines Communicate clearly with colleagues and clients, ensuring information is conveyed efficiently Assist in organising events or promotional activities as required Perform basic maths calculations for transactions or stock management purposes

Skills



Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or additional languages is advantageous Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Good time management to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and stock counts Knowledge of merchandising principles to enhance product presentation Professional phone etiquette for engaging with clients and partners Ability to upsell products or services tactfully to maximise sales opportunities Organisational skills necessary for maintaining a tidy workspace and managing inventories effectively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
