Role Overview:

We're looking for experienced general builders with strong multi-trade skills to join our growing team. You'll work locally on residential and some heritage sites, with a two-week trial to assess fit and final rate for both candidate and company. Unity remunerates on merit, so for the right candidates who take pride in their work, strive to do better and want to assist the team in the aim to grow as a company this will be rewarded in kind.

Key Requirements:

Proven high-quality work across multiple trades, with at least 3 leading trade skillsets. Either a strong background in Joinery skills across 1st and 2nd fix is essential Ability to read drawings and manage materials, including Architectural, Engineering and CAD plans is essential. Capability to organise and call off materials required for own assigned area of works A respectful, team-oriented view with a desire to work in a healthy and supportive environment. We're a team-first company--no room for bad attitudes or insulting others, no matter the quality of skill. References and portfolio are requested
