We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our team in South East London. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing various construction projects, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional building services.

Responsibilities

Execute construction projects including new roofs, repairs, and maintenance. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively and safely. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols and regulations on-site. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations. Assist in the planning and execution of extensions and loft conversions.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Builder or similar role. Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to construction tasks. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
