Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support construction, maintenance, or landscaping projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Duties

Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites. Load and unload materials and equipment. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Follow instructions from supervisors regarding tasks and safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organised work environment. Perform manual labour tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks. Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety practices is preferred. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards work. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
