Job Description

We are currently looking for a

General Construction Operative

to join our team on various construction sites. This role involves general site duties and hands-on support to foremen and skilled tradesmen. It's ideal for someone reliable, hard-working, and eager to build a career in construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting foreman and tradesmen with day-to-day site tasks General site duties including cleanup, unloading deliveries, and material handling Basic use of hand and power tools Helping set up and maintain a safe and clean work environment Following instructions and health & safety procedures at all times Supporting smooth workflow and timely project progress
Requirements:

Previous experience in construction or manual labour preferred Must have own means of travel to and from our base in Antrim Physically fit and able to handle manual work Positive attitude, punctuality, and strong work ethic CSR card preferred
