We are looking for motivated and reliable General Construction Operatives / Labourers to join our team based at Stansted Airport.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out manual handling tasks, including setting up and removing hoardings, and lifting/moving materials (up to 20kg) and refuse on site Conduct low-risk activities as instructed by the Site Supervisor Report any unsafe conditions or concerns to the Site Supervisor Fetch, carry, and load materials in support of craft operatives Tidy work areas during and after tasks Unload, store, and stack materials delivered to site Follow existing working methods, procedures, and undertake relevant training and development Comply with all relevant health and safety legislation, company policies, and site rules Support and adhere to our environmental policies Wear company-issued PPE and maintain a professional image at all times

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

A valid CSCS card or registration/application in progress (CITB registered)

Previous construction experience (preferred)

A conscientious attitude with strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Logical and methodical approach to tasks

Eligibility for an airside pass, including a clean DBS and a 5-year checkable work history
