M&M Supply are looking to speak with General Cover Teachers for the new school year, beginning in September.

Looking for Full or Part Time work? We'd love to hear from you, whether your availability is 1 or 5 days per week.

We currently have a Secondary school near Taunton, who are seeking Secondary Cover Teachers for the whole of Term 1 (may be longer) - If you are a primary teacher, please feel free to apply and we can accommodate to that.

The Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable

Secondary Cover Teachers

to join our team and provide cover across various schools in Taunton and surrounding areas. This role offers flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to gain experience in different educational settings and on occassions lead to full time permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and age groups. Adapt to different school environments and follow lesson plans where provided. Manage classroom behavior in line with school policies. Ensure a positive and inclusive learning experience for students.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

or equivalent. Experience working in a primary or secondary school setting. Strong classroom management skills. Flexibility and reliability. A passion for education and student development.
