We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Dentist to join our dental practice. We are a mixed NHS/private practice and there is ideal oppertunity to increase private demand.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in various dental procedures. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues, providing preventative care, and ensuring the overall oral health of our patients. You will work closely with a team of dental professionals to deliver high-quality care in a supportive environment.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health conditions.
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Perform a range of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
Utilise medical imaging technology to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care strategies.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient practice operations.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous professional development.
Experience
A recognised degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution is required.
Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for recent graduates.
Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and procedures is essential.
Familiarity with Software of Excellence and digital X-ray imaging is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are crucial for this role.
