Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care and will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

We have 2 other dentists and a therapist on site who are Restorative and Endodontic special interests.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to evaluate patients' oral health. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns. Interpret medical imaging results to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff members to ensure efficient practice operations.

Experience

A recognised dental degree (BDS or equivalent) is essential. NHS performer number. Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for newly qualified dentists. Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dentistry is required. Familiarity with medical imaging techniques is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with advancements in dentistry.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 65,000.00-110,000.00 per year
