We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Culinary Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of meals while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Your culinary expertise will contribute to creating delightful dining experiences for our guests.

shift pattern - 6am-11:30 am // 4pm-10pm
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menu specifications
Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation
Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
Participate in menu planning and development, offering creative ideas for new dishes
Serve meals to guests when required, providing excellent customer service
Qualifications
Previous kitchen experience is essential, with a strong background in food preparation and cooking
Culinary experience in a restaurant or catering environment is highly desirable
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is required
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
