PRODUCTION OPERATIVE - ANODISING

We are looking for full time operatives to work a rotational shift pattern

The factory is open 5 days a week.
3 week rotating pattern as below :-

Week 1 early 6.00-15.30 Mon-Thurs, 6.00-10.00 Fri
Week 2 nights 20.30 - 7.00 - 10 hours
Week 3 lates 12.00-21.30 Mon-Thurs, 10.00-14.00 Fri

half hour unpaid lunch

THE ROLE

is physical, busy and demanding.

You will be required to set up frames for production, count parts, pack finished product and sign off paperwork.

You will be on your feet all day, moving and lifting aluminium parts and panels.

We are looking for people with loads of energy, enthusiasm and who are up for the challenge and willing to learn

Key Skills - reliability, numeracy, accuracy and responsibility

You need the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

You also need great timekeeping skills

You need to be enthusiastic and adaptable to carry out duties with a flexible attitude.

There will be immediate interviews and starts for suitable candidates.

Interviews may include a numeracy and aptitude test.

We are ideally looking for someone with or the willingness to learn ....

Experience in an engineering environment

Ability to interpret engineering drawings

Understanding of fabricated panel designs

Manual handling experience

A good standard of GCSE's
