Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will need to drive and be over 25 for insurance purposes. Be responsible for supporting various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment. Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas. Operate basic machinery and tools as required, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks in a timely manner. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to project goals. Maintain accurate records of materials used and tasks completed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in a labour-intensive role is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with construction or manual handling practices is advantageous. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills to understand instructions clearly.
