IMMEADIATE START . We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team .The ideal candidate MUST BE CIS registered and responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general site maintenance, including cleaning and organising work areas. Follow instructions from supervisors and senior staff to complete tasks accurately. Operate basic tools and machinery as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Support skilled tradespeople in their duties, providing assistance where needed. Maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with health and safety regulations on construction sites is preferred. A valid driver's licence is beneficial but not mandatory. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.
