Job Description

We are seeking a versatile worker with experience as a general/skilled labourer to carry out a wide range of jobs from simple labourer duties to more skilled jobs such as plasterboarding and basic carpentry. An ability to out the more complex tasks isn't necessary but a willingness to learn and improve is vital.

We undertake a wide variety of jobs revolving around new builds, extensions, conversions and renovations. The majority of the work is carried out by us including manufacturing of the timber frame in our workshop, erect, plasterboarding, roofing, window fitting and all first and second fix carpentry work.

Experience in all these fields isn't necessary but is a preferred. A good work ethic and positive attitude is a must.

Responsibilities:
- Perform physical labour tasks, such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of worksites
- Operate hand and power tools as directed
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a labour-intensive role
- Ability to perform physical tasks
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
