Interlet is an independent, boutique estate agency based in Kensington, London W8 setting standards for excellence in the industry for the past 3 decades.
We are currently looking for a General Maintenance Handyman to join our property management team.
Responsibilities
General Repairs and maintenance: routing maintenance tasks, including installing and fixing broken fixtures, repairing appliances, handling minor plumbing and electrical work. Painting and decorating Property upkeep: ensuring the general upkeep of the properties by conducting regular inspections, identifying issues and implementing preventative measures to maintain property standards.
The ideal candidate will be:
Multitask task orientated Reliable Efficient Tidy
This is a self-employed position - 2-3 days a week.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: 15.50 per hour
Work Location: In person
