Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Maintenance professional to join our team. As a General Maintenance employee, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or malfunctions
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment and systems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Assist with the installation of new equipment or systems as needed

Experience:
- Proven experience in general maintenance work
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and logic controllers
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Basic welding skills are a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous experience in supervising or leading a team is preferred
