We are seeking a skilled Handy/Maintenance Person to join our team at CHMD ltd. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for the general maintenance of Corran House Guest House, Markie dans Bar and the outside grounds. You will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of different items and fixtures.

Duties:
-Report to the Office for collection of daily job cards and handover book

-Conduct routine inspections of the building, equipment and systems in place to identify any issues or malfunctions
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Dependant on skillset, working on basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems or general carpentry tasks would be required
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including job cards, purchase orders and inventory
- Inspect the building, grounds and equipment.
- Installation of equipment and appliances.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Person or similar role
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and rectify issues accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Effective communication skills

Rate of pay of 13.00 is a minimum starting rate dependant on skill set and experience.
