We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our esteemed establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional guest service skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry. This role involves managing staff, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining operational efficiency to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities



Lead and supervise all hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction. Develop and implement organisational policies, procedures, and standards aligned with company goals. Oversee staff recruitment, training, performance management, and development programmes. Manage guest relations by addressing complaints promptly and ensuring a high level of customer service. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, and front desk teams to optimise operational efficiency. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards. Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion or improvement initiatives.

Skills



Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities under pressure. Exceptional communication skills; fluency in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable. Sound knowledge of human resources practices including recruitment, training, and employee relations. Outstanding guest service skills with a focus on delivering memorable experiences. Familiarity with hotel operations software and management systems. Demonstrated ability to handle conflict resolution diplomatically and professionally. Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and foster a collaborative work environment. Pay: 24,420.00-31,000.00 per year
