Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Develop and implement organisational policies, procedures, and standards aligned with company goals.
Oversee staff recruitment, training, performance management, and development programmes.
Manage guest relations by addressing complaints promptly and ensuring a high level of customer service.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, and front desk teams to optimise operational efficiency.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion or improvement initiatives.
Skills
Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities under pressure.
Exceptional communication skills; fluency in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
Sound knowledge of human resources practices including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
