We are recruiting on behalf of a cleaning company who is seeking an experienced and motivated
General Manager
to lead their cleaning operations across North Wales.

About the Role
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple cleaning contracts
Manage and support site teams to ensure service excellence
Handle or assist with bookkeeping duties, including invoicing, VAT returns, and basic accounts (experience in this area is a strong bonus)
Drive growth by securing new commercial opportunities
Report directly to the company directors

What We're Looking For
Proven management experience within the cleaning industry
Excellent working knowledge of North Wales
Familiarity with invoicing, VAT, and basic bookkeeping (preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ambition to grow and shape a thriving service
