About this role
We are currently recruiting for a General Manager for an independently owned, fresh food led, Delicatessen, Bakery & Restaurant on the outskirts of Cirencester.
The venue is open between 9am and 5pm in the winter months and between 9am and 8pm during the summer period, and is set over two floors, with 40 seats inside and a further 70-seats on a summer terrace. The operation comprises a mixture of retail dining, and full table service.
Our client is looking to appoint an 'entrepreneurial, and ambitious, 'hands-on' General Manager, who is able to demonstrate a stable and progressive background, to their current role of General Manager, gained in 'all day dining' and fresh food led, Food & Beverage operations.
The successful candidate for the role of General Manager - Delicatessen, Bakery & Restaurant will be responsible for all aspects of the operation, including managing a team of 15/20 front of house personnel. This role will work alongside a talented Executive Chef, and will report directly to the business founders.
