We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee operations within our establishment.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations within the hall, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and excellence.
Oversee food preparation and production processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and efficient service during peak hours.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete guest satisfaction.
Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
Implement training programmes for new staff members on food safety, cooking techniques, and customer service best practices.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management.
Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
Previous experience in serving or barista roles is advantageous.
