Job Summary

Eaves Hall Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining and hospitality services in regards to wedding and events.

This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in food preparation, culinary arts, and team management. As Manager you will oversee daily operations, maintain high standards of food safety and service, and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the daily operations of the hall, ensuring efficient service delivery. Oversee food preparation and production processes to maintain quality and safety standards. Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent hospitality and service. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or peak times. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen facilities. Assist with menu planning and development in collaboration with culinary staff.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality environment. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Previous experience in kitchen operations or barista roles is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards. A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service.
