The Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven General Manager to take charge of our Swansea venue. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will oversee all aspects of venue operations, ensuring excellent service, maximising revenue, and leading your team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing operations across the venue, ensuring smooth service and consistent standards
Leading, motivating, and developing the teams to achieve excellence
Driving sales through strong operational and promotional strategies
Managing budgets, stock control, and payroll efficiently
Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and hygiene
Acting as a brand ambassador within the local community
Analysing performance metrics and implementing improvements
About You:
You'll have proven high-volume hospitality management experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A hands-on approach and a genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences are essential.
