General Manager - Live In

We are looking for an experienced pub manager to run our lovely village pub in Church Lawford.

We need a person with excellent customer service skills, someone with general manager experience in a busy high volume environment and the knowledge to oversee both the front and back of house. We need someone who can control the business on an hour by hour basis with an understanding of sales, gross profits and the ability to ensure that all KPIs are met. We need someone who can train and mould a team to ensure the food, service and standards are always of the highest quality.

You will require for this role a personal licence for the sale of alcohol and a full clean driving licence with continued and unlimited access to a vehicle.
