Salary:

42,000 - 47,500 + up to 50% bonus potential

What you'll be doing:

Lead and inspire a passionate team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Recruit, onboard and develop new talent, building a strong and engaged workforce. Drive performance through smart forecasting, cost control, and P&L management. Champion innovation, embracing change and leading your team through it. Maintain high standards in health & safety and operational excellence. Use guest feedback to continuously improve and grow the business.
