We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic General Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily operations within our business, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that the the business runs smoothly.
General Reception and telephone duties
Computer operation using Sage 50, emails,microsoft office and various custom systems
Customer and supplier support
enter customer orders
Assist other members of the with admin
Engage with customers and suppliers to ensure efficiemcy
Previous experience in an office evironment
Familiarity with microsoft office, emails and sage an advantage
Experience in general office admin
Strong time management skills, hard working and efficient
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both customers and team members.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 20,000.00-30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
