General Operative Butcher
Job Description
Pay Rate will be determined by experience, but training will be provided
Butchery Experience preferred
Full time Permanent position in busy shop
7:30am-5:30pm Monday - Saturday with a day of during the week (to be discussed with Candidate)
Successful Candidate will be expected to carry out the following duties
- Processing and preparing meat for sale and/or for orders
- Packing, Labelling and correctly invoicing prepacked orders
- Putting up orders for restaurants/Deli Bars
- Making stock for our busy shop I.e. Burgers, Sausages etc
- Maintaining Shop Counter
- Serving customers and maintaining the Shop Counter
-driving licence preferred
-candidate will be required to read and write fluent English
