Michelmersh Brick Holdings are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our growing team at our Fabspeed Romsey, Hampshire plant as a General Operative.



12.95 per hour
Romsey, Hampshire


The position is for manual handling of brick products, cutting bricks and cladding pre-fabricated chimneys. This role is physically demanding and therefore a degree of strength and fitness is required. The position is full time.



An awareness of health and safety must be demonstrated in the workplace at all times.



Previous experience & Qualifications


Previous experience in a Manufacturing environment would be an advantage to the successful applicant, but not essential. Previous experience using hand tools would be an advantage to the successful applicant, but not essential. Any woodworking or carpentry qualification, fibreglass experience or pre-fabricated building systems experience would be an advantage to the successful applicant, but not essential.

Personal Specifications


A flexible approach to work, demonstrating willingness to work in various departments as projects require. Well organised and punctual. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
