Job Overview

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to support our demolition and reclaim operations. This is a practical, active role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, variety, and being part of a close-knit team.

Key responsibilities

Assist on demolition projects, carrying out physical work using hand tools in a safe and responsible manner. Support day-to-day operations within our reclaim yard, including sorting, preparing and organising materials for resale. Help keep the yard, site and work areas clean, tidy and well organised. Clean, inspect and prepare plant and machinery to ensure it is ready for hire. Work alongside colleagues to support efficient site operations and smooth logistics. Carry out basic checks on equipment and report any faults or issues to the relevant team member. Take part in on-the-job training and development to build skills and progress within the role.

Who we're looking for

A reliable and punctual individual with a strong work ethic. Someone who is physically fit and comfortable with hands-on, outdoor work. A good team player who is willing to help where needed. Able to follow instructions, use own initiative and work safely at all times. Previous experience in demolition, construction, yard work or plant hire is helpful but not essential -- full training will be provided. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are more important than experience.
