General Operative
We are looking for
reliable and proactive General Operatives
to support our manufacturing operations across multiple departments, includingdispatch, assembly, prep, sub-assembly, and glazing
. These are varied, hands-on roles suited to someone who is adaptable, hardworking, and keen to learn.Key Responsibilities:
Assist across different departments as required, including assembly, prep, glazing, and dispatch Handle materials safely, including loading, unloading, and moving products within the site Support production targets by preparing materials and assisting skilled operatives Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment Follow all health & safety procedures and company standards
About You:
Reliable, motivated, and willing to turn your hand to different tasks Comfortable with manual handling in a manufacturing environment Able to work independently and as part of a team Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Previous manufacturing or operative experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour
