Responsibilities

Carry out general duties as assigned to ensure efficient operations within the facility Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and products Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Operate machinery and equipment as required, adhering to operational protocols Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly Collaborate with team members to meet production targets

Skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Good communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently Basic problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to tasks Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential Physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to lift heavy items when necessary
