About us

We are a fast growing mould eradication company based in Brighouse West Yorkshire who specialises in the removal of mould in tenanted properties on behalf of a number of local and national housing associations and councils. The mould treatment works are carried out using a non-harmful chemical process and antifungal paint to leave a decorative finish. This is the main aspect of the role however we do offer a number of related services such as loft insulation and external gutter cleaning and a suitable candidate would be required to cover all aspects of the role.

Full training would be provided alongside use of a works vehicle (working hours only) and the necessary tools required.

The Role

We currently work throughout the Kirklees area in West Yorkshire, Flintshire and Denbighshire in North Wales and the Mansfield and Nottingham area and would be looking to recruit local to these areas though some travelling is to be expected.

This specific role will include working throughout the Flintshire and Denbighshire areas.

Working hours are 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday with overtime available.

You would be expected to be onsite for 8:30am and ready to start the day and so must bear this in mind when selecting the area which you wish to apply for.

We are looking for people with good communication skills, good timekeeping, the ability to think outside the box and a keen eye for detail to join our established teams. Painting experience/Property Maintenance experience is essential for this role.

As we are a growing business there is progression available for the right person.

Positions are available on an initial 3-month probationary period with a starting salary of 28,000 per annum. Upon successful completion you will be entered into the company bonus scheme and pension.

Driving licence and clean DBS check is required. 25+ only due to insurance purposes.
