Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and versatile General Operative to join team.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily operations.
The role involves physical tasks such as heavy lifting and requires adherence to safety standards to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Manage stock levels Handle materials Assist with picking and packing orders for despatch Maintain organisation of stock areas Utilise mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate Valid forklift licence is desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Good physical fitness to handle demanding tasks throughout shifts
