Assistant/Trainee General Practice Surveyor

Pertemps are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a respected property services firm based in Birmingham, offering a fantastic opportunity for a bright and driven Assistant or Trainee Property Consultant to join their growing team.
About the Opportunity:

Day-to-Day Duties:

• Assisting with property inspections, reports, and transactions
• Supporting lease negotiations, rental assessments, and asset reviews
• Contributing to investment appraisals and planned disposals
• Preparing documents, data and summaries for client presentations
• Visiting properties across the UK to support ongoing project work
• Working alongside experienced consultants and learning on the job

What We're Looking For:

• A degree or background in real estate, surveying, or property management
• Keen interest in pursuing a recognised qualification or accreditation (training provided)
• Strong communication and written skills
• Competent IT user with the ability to produce professional reports
• UK driving licence and flexibility to travel for site visits
• Ideally based within commuting distance of Central Birmingham
