About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and driven

Glazing Team Leader

to oversee the glazing department at our Cambuslang-based UPVC window manufacturing plant. You'll be responsible for leading a team to deliver high-quality, precision glazing on time and to specification, ensuring production targets are met without compromising safety, quality, or efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of glazing operatives. Ensure all glazing processes are performed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Monitor daily performance metrics and drive continuous improvement. Maintain strict adherence to health and safety procedures. Coordinate with production, fabrication, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless workflow. Provide training, support, and performance feedback to team members. Identify and resolve issues quickly to avoid production delays.
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in UPVC glazing or window manufacturing. Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a production environment. Strong understanding of glazing techniques, quality standards, and safety compliance. Hands-on, results-focused mindset with excellent organisational skills. Ability to lead under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
