Overview
Hi there! We're Constellation, Publicis Groupe's global client team for Samsung. We're a multi-disciplinary team with ambitions of transforming marketing by putting people (including our consumers) first, and we're looking for new talent to work on one of Publicis Groupe's most prized clients, Samsung, a top-five-in-the-world company boasting an audience of over 1 billion people.
The Constellation team is made up of over 2,500 people from across 80+ markets working across disciplines including media, creative, digital, PR, technology, commerce and more. Our model is built to architect, build and orchestrate end to end experiences across paid, owned, creative and commerce.
At Constellation, we're on the lookout for a Account Director to take charge of digital strategy and growth for Samsung across 26 European markets. This role is all about driving forward-thinking digital performance strategies, managing clients and colleagues in a complicated matrix structure, and responding to client briefs with creativity. You'll work with a talented team to deliver strategic solutions that drive growth for Samsung and the Groupe across Europe.
As Account Director, you have overarching responsibilities that directly relate to our agency Growth Pillars and internal Expectations Framework. For this role you'll be working on one of the most dynamic and exciting brands in the agency, responding to campaign briefs and inspiring digital performance media innovation across our 26 European markets.
You will report directly into the Business Director and will be a key member in the team for client briefings, regional digital performance campaign strategy and planning, regional digital trends gathering and directing the team to deliver timely and insightful reporting across markets.
Responsibilities
Digital Market liaison > you will be required to quickly build strong relationships with key digital leads as well as specialist activation teams across our local Constellation markets
Identify digital channel market requirements > through frequent formal and informal interaction, to identify local market digital knowledge gaps and leaning on Global/Regional channel experts to drive the production of relevant toolkits/best practise documents
Digital Media Partner innovation > keeping on top of the GDD media partner developments and lean on Global/Regional channel experts to drive the production of digital Playbooks to support local market uptake of new/innovative formats including testing frameworks and results reporting
Digital Network Connector > building your profile across our Constellation digital teams as a digital performance specialist to reach out to with challenges/opportunities and connecting those markets with other markets/global experts or others to support us better leverage the power of being a network to enhance the digital specialisms
Central Client Management > responsible for handling requests from central clients, including central activations and industry POVs
Build strong, trusted relationships with Samsung clients, media owner partners and across our European teams
Qualifications
Strong leadership skills
Experience within performance media
Understanding of digital activation
Client servicing exposure within a media agency
