Role and Responsibilities:
Identify and establish key potential partners, working to set targets and verticals in order to drive maximum revenue for The Reward Collection
Target new business partnerships in line with The Reward Collection's commercial strategy
Independently manage a black book of contacts and sales pipeline across a variety of verticals from start to finish
Work with the Account Management Team to establish after sales care for key clients and manage inbound referrals
Attend ad-hoc meetings and regular video calls with Management, Director and C-Suite level executives
Ensure accurate maintenance of the Hubspot CRM and all associated sales reporting systems in order to ensure effective on-boarding and ongoing data management
Ensure accurate and consistent on-boarding of merchant partners in line with The Reward Collection sales process
Respond to the evolving needs and strategic direction of the business
What you will bring to the role:
Previous experience of securing contracts with SMEs and Blue Chip Organisations with turnover in excess of 50m p/a
A proven track record of building relationships at senior business level
Experience in international markets, ideally within the loyalty sector
Previous experience or knowledge of the rewards and loyalty sector
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with an ability to communicate and present at a high level
Proficiency in using CRM systems such as Hubspot or Monday
Computer literacy - GoogleDrive, Office
Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately store, process and utilise data
Time management, self-motivation and initiative to prioritise own workload
Proven track record of hitting sales targets and driving revenue
