Job Description

We are seeking candidates with previous administrative or management experience in international freight & logistics in either the commercial or military sectors. Practical heavy lift, maritime cargo, cargo rigging or a practical understanding of handling of large complex cargo or marine cargo or heavy lift surveying.

This role is office based as part of a team which coordinates and manages cargo risk management load, stow and secure surveys for infrastructure development projects globally and with some of the above experience must have a fundamental understanding of the associated processes.

Excellent communication skills both within the open office environment and on the telephone are essential as well as a well organised, methodical and timely approach to all tasks set. Completing any ad hoc tasks as may be required, preparing associated documentation, this role will communicate daily with clients, partners and all parties involved in the logistics process.

Candidates will be required to have a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 and sharepoint, and possess good email communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 28,000.00 per year
