We're looking for a strategically minded and hands-on Global Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function at Inizio Evoke - while also playing a key leadership role the Inizio global marketing team.





This is a hybrid role, based in the UK - ideally based near one of our core offices in London, Manchester or Ashby, designed for a confident communicator and skilled content strategist, someone who can lead with clarity, collaborate across the organization, and drive impactful marketing and PR initiatives at pace. From shaping global campaigns to guiding external narratives, managing senior stakeholders and executing deliverables, you'll sit at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and reputation.




Here's what you'll be doing:




At Inizio Evoke: Global Marketing Management




Lead the planning and execution of integrated global marketing campaigns across PR, social media, internal communications, paid media, events, and web. Guide and mentor a high-performing team, directly managing a PR & Social Media Manager. Ensure alignment between agency teams, business development, executive leadership, and Inizio stakeholders. Oversee content strategy and development - from thought leadership to press releases, social campaigns, and branded materials. Champion the Inizio Evoke brand, ensuring consistency, creativity, and clarity across all touchpoints. Monitor performance, gather insights, and use data to drive decisions and continuous improvement. Manage corporate communications, press engagement, award submissions, and crisis response protocols. Oversee the development and review of all PR-related content, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and tone of voice. Track media coverage and performance metrics, turning insight into impact.



What you'll bring:






Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 5+ experience in B2B marketing and communications - ideally in healthcare, life sciences, or a related sector. A strong background in PR strategy, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience leading integrated campaigns and managing both people and agencies. Confident content development and editorial skills, with a focus on narrative-building and thought leadership. A proactive, adaptable mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality work in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. A strong interest in healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry.
