Overview
Reporting into the Store Design & VM Director, the Global Project Manager - Store Architecture & VM will play an invaluable role within the Stella McCartney Architecture & VM Department in delivering all facets of store projects across Visual Merchandising and Architecture. Managing the end-to-end process across the global store network, including but not limited to APAC, Japan, America and EMEA.
Your Mission:Coordinate creative, architectural and construction activities across all projects (touch ups, renovations and relocations, window campaigns, pop ups & instore activations) First point of contact for any building constructions works. Select suppliers and manage the tender for General Contractors and/or Millworks Partner with the Legal Department for contract preparation and ensuring compliance standards are met. Coordinate all external contributors and consultants of the project (Landlord, local architect, general contractors, engineers, light designer etc.) Monitor budget, project timing and quality check during all phases of the project Monitor store construction with periodical site visit and meetings; prepare reports and punch list completion, to ensure the result is in line with brand's standard quality Manage the end-to-end store planning process, from initial design concepts to store opening. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Marketing, Facilities, Legal, IT and Retail Operations, to ensure that stores are designed and built to meet business objectives. Develop and manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, including architects, general contractors, and engineering firms, and other suppliers. Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and regulations. Partner with the H&S experts to ensure buildings meet the required safety standards. Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary. Continuously evaluate and improve the store architecture & visual merchandising process, identifying areas for optimisation and efficiency gains. Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously Manage, lead and develop a project coordinator. In collaboration with Store Design and VM Director, present to upper management upcoming project and provide updates throughout the process.

Your Talent:Degree in Architecture, Design or Engineering is desired Demonstrated experience a in similar project management role Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English Experience of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong project management skills, including experience managing large, complex projects on a global scale. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues. Knowledge of local and international building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Analytical and excellent attention to detail Excellent MS software skills Management Experience Knowledge of or experience working across Visual Merchandising projects is desirable. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other 3D modelling software. Ability to travel as needed to support store planning projects.
