TITAN Containers is a privately owned and growing global business which owns and operates a fleet of ISO shipping and storage containers, purpose built refrigerated storage containers, accommodation containers and DNV offshore containers for international, but predominantly domestic, rentals for storage applications.
The company currently operates 70 self-storage sites located in 90 countries, with a new site opening approximately every 3 weeks around the globe. In the UK there are currently 24 sites with further growth anticipated.
The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated Global Treasury Projects Assistant to join our dynamic Global Treasury Team. This role is well-suited to individuals looking to build experience in Treasury, including those early in their career or seeking a career transition. Enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and strong organisational skills are key.
Key responsibilities of the role include;
Projects:
Support the coordination of current projects from planning and execution through to post-project review.
Take ownership of selected smaller improvement initiatives and sub-projects, ensuring full alignment with wider business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes, gaining exposure to treasury systems, cash management, and process optimisation.
Assist with tracking project progress, maintaining documentation, supporting user testing, training, and compiling final desktop procedures.
Contribute to continuous improvement within the treasury function
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Credit Control:
Assist with payment runs, remittance advice distribution, and maintain Direct Debit trackers.
Monitor AR, remittance, and credit control inboxes; follow up on overdue invoices, process card payments, and manage customer queries.
Maintain accurate customer ledger balances, reconcile accounts, and support debt collection, write-offs, and refund processes.
Provide cover for AR and Credit Control colleagues as required, collaborating with sales and finance teams to manage account risks.
Support implementation of credit control policies and procedures, ensuring timely resolution of payment delays.
